Recreational One Kayaking Introduction to Gear and Strokes Part one of the Recreational Kayaking program is designed to introduce you to the basic gear and strokes needed to get you kayaking. Coast Guard requirements will be covered along with the images of entering and exiting your kayak from the beach. Perfect for beginners or novice paddlers wanting to increase their control in their kayak. No previous experience is needed to take this course.
