Terms and Conditions

Rental Terms and Conditions:

• All rentals include sprayskirt, PFD with whistle, paddle, spare paddle, pump, and tow-rope
• All renters are required to sign a Release of Claims for personal responsibility and a Rental Agreement for equipment responsibility.
• Credit card deposit and photo id required.
• Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged to the renter at the full retail price.
• Renters under 19 years old must have a parent or guardian sign for them; under 16 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
• A Visa or Mastercard deposit and matching photo id is required at the time of the rental. Please bring them with you.
• All solo paddlers must be able to do a self rescue.
• All late returns are charged at the hourly rate.
