How to Rent
To make a reservation for all locations, please phone 604-689-7575
Short Term Rentals (returning on the same day)
- Reservations can only be held with a Visa or Mastercard number.
- Reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the rental time with no penalty.
- Within 24 hours no cancellations are permitted. Failure to show will result in the full cost of the boats reserved being charged to the credit card number provided.
Long Term Rentals (overnight or longer) - Granville Island only.
- Reservations require a non-refundable $50 deposit per boat.
- The balance is due at the time of pick-up.
- A $10 Clean Boat Deposit will be charged per boat at the time of pick up.
- This will be refunded provided the boat is returned free of sand, dirt or debris.
- If all renters will not be present at the time the boat is picked up, we can email, fax or snail-mail you the required waivers that must be signed by all renters.
Terms and Conditions:
- All rentals include sprayskirt, PFD with whistle, paddle, spare paddle, pump, and tow-rope
- All renters are required to sign a Release of Claims for personal responsibility and a Rental Agreement for equipment responsibility.
- Credit card deposit and photo id required.
- Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged to the renter at the full retail price.
- Renters under 19 years old must have a parent or guardian sign for them; under 16 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
- A Visa or Mastercard deposit and matching photo id is required at the time of the rental. Please bring them with you.
- All solo paddlers must be able to do a self rescue.
- All late returns are charged at the hourly rate.
