Coastal wolves, Black Bears, Grizzlies, Bald Eagles and Sitka Deer inhabit this rainforest amongst thousand year old cedars and spruce trees while Humpback and Killer Whales, Stellar Sea Lions and Dall’s Porpoises can be found in the rich waters of the Pacific Ocean. August and September are breathtaking months on the coast as the “miracle of life,” the annual salmon run begins in the thousands of coastal rivers.
